Kepada sesiapa yang ingin bercuti di Johor Bahru tetapi tidak mahu menginap di hotel, jemputlah menginap di homestay kami di Skudai. Homestay kami, "Homestay Mutiara" (Mutiara Guest House @ Johor Bahru Guest House) terletak di Taman Mutiara Rini, Skudai, Johor Bahru. Butiran "Homestay Mutiara" adalah seperti di bawah:

Jenis: Rumah teres 2 tingkat corner lot..
Keluasan binaan: 1450 sq. ft.
Ruang: Ruang tamu, ruang makan, dapur, bilik tidur dan bilik air.
Bilik: 3 buah (Semua di tingkat atas).
- Master bedroom - set katil queen berserta almari dan dressing table.
- Bilik tidur 2 - set katil single (1 unit) dan tilam pull out (1 unit)
- Bilik tidur 3 - set katil single (1 unit) dan tilam pull out (1 unit).
Bilik air: 3 buah (2 atas dan 1 bawah).
Kemudahan: Sofa, meja makan, TV, dapur masak, cerek, peti sejuk, sabun mandi, seterika, ironing board, mesin basuh separuh-auto, sejadah, parking teduh dalam kawasan rumah etc.

Homestay Mutiara merupakan sebuah rumah persinggahan selesa yang terletak di tengah bandaraya Johor Bahru. Keadaan persekitaran Homestay Mutiara sangat tenang, aman dan menyamankan. Prasarana dan destinasi menarik berhampiran adalah:

Untuk memudahkan anda, kami akan emailkan alamat rumah dan/atau berikan lokasi GPS setelah anda bersetuju menyewa Homestay Mutiara.

Terms and Condition
1. Setelah anda bersetuju menyewa Homestay Mutiara, kunci akan diberikan selepas bayaran diterima secara tunai.
2. Resit akan diberikan dengan setiap pembayaran.
3. Waktu check in adalah pada pukul 3 petang.
4. Waktu check out adalah pada pukul 12 tengahari.
5. Kami memohon jasa baik dan keikhlasan penyewa untuk menjaga segala rumah dan segala kemudahan peralatan dengan baik seperti rumah sendiri.
6. Haiwan peliharaan tidak dibenarkan.
7. Tempahan hanya akan diterima (dan di sahkan atau confirm) setelah pelanggan membayar separuh dari kadar sewaan homestay Mutiara (iaitu sebagai deposit). Ini bertujuaan supaya tarikh tempahan homestay di tetapkan untuk pelanggan berkenaan bagi mengelak pertindihan tempahan.
8. Sekiranya pelanggan hendak membatalkan tempahan, sila maklumkan 2 minggu sebelum tarikh tempahan untuk mendapatkan wang deposit kembali.
9. Sur-charge dikenakan untuk check-in di antara 11 malam - 7 pagi.

Greetings! Welcome to Johor Bahru, the capital of Johor. The city offers varieties of cultural experiences, entertaining night life and shopping paradise….For those who wish to stay and relax in this southern part of peninsular Malaysia, we recommend our fully furnished rest house located at Taman Mutiara Rini, Skudai, Johor Bahru. It’s just 20 minutes drive to Johor Bahru city centre.

We offer you a corner lot double storey house with 3 bedrooms enough to accommodate the entire family of 6 plus additional beds. The house is equipped with brand new TV set as well as fridge and other utensils. Details are what we are offering you as our guest…

House: Corner lot double storey house (1450 sq. ft).
Spaces: Living hall with brand new sofa and TV sets, dining tables as well as
fully furnished kitchen cabinet and cooking stoves. We also provide brand new fridge, washing machine and kettle and other kitchen utensils.
Rooms: We have 3 rooms and of course it comes with brand new queen size bed for master bedroom and 2 single beds for the other two rooms. In addition, 2 additional single beds are provided for those with large family members.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms with ‘tip-top’ condition are provided with 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Normal Rates
Though our rate is among the cheapest in Johor Bahru area we absolutely won’t compromise with the quality of our services. The facilities in our rest house are of the highest standards as we want to give our best to our customers.

Per night (weekdays from Sunday night – Thursday night) costs you only RM160
Per night (weekends from Friday night – Saturday night) costs you only RM190

Festivities Rates
A slight increase in rental rates is unavoidable during festive seasons such as Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Convocation Day and Malaysian festive holidays of Chinese New Year, Aidil Fitri, Deepavali, etc.

Per night (weekends from Friday night – Saturday night) costs you only RM240
